Hard to gauge how much interest these will draw, but I've got a trio of excellent national steel guitars that need more love and attention than I'm able to provide.
First up is a National Replicon, made in 2004 and has spent most of its life as a case queen. Bought this off the forum in 2010 (time flies) and I've hardly had any time to play it through two different jobs, the brith of a child, etc. It's in great "relic" shape with the distressed neck and body.
These are different than the "weathered" Nationals coming out now, and there don't seem to be many examples out there for purchase. Comes with replacement Martin case, and as such, I'm asking SOLD.
Last and raunchiest is a vintage National Reso-Phonic that someone installed an aftermarket pickup into. Was told this was played by a local, touring country western musician.
This is a short-scale student model that brings the funk; action is relatively low and is great for slide. Comes with HSC, no telling if it's original, but fits the guitar well. Looks like it spent a considerable amount of time leaning on a guitar stand, as evidenced by the indentations in the last photo. I'm asking $850 for this one.
If you'd like more information or have other questions or reasonable offers, I'm all ears. I tried to price them in relation to similar guitars that have sold/are currently for sale.
I'd love a local TX deal, but we can work out the details on shipping. Not interested in trades at this time. Thanks
