The P170s are sitting in a home brew shock mount. It's basically schedule 80 pvc with some slots added and glued together with pvc glue and a small piece of scrap flat pvc from the local plastic supply shop. A few #303 rubber bands and a bit of turned wood to stick in a microphone clip finishes it up. This "dedicated X-Y mount" is nice because you can move the mics around without changing their relative positions.
