It was exactly 2 yrs. ago, after the 2009 Healdsburg Festival, that I took possession of my Cornerstone SJ, where it had been put on display for that festival with two other guitars made by Peter Marreiros. I am so fond and thankful for this special instrument, which has blossomed and opened up wonderfully (
build thread). The fact that it was part of the festival that year only added to my custom guitar commission experience.
Reading through the threads for custom builds for the 2011 Healdsburg show reminded me of my experience and I certainly hope that others who receive their guitars after this event have the same great time with their new instruments!
