If you have "just started playing guitar" and can even come close to playing this tune, then you my friend are a genius!

So please take no offense at what I'm saying here. To play the tune like the cat in the video, you need to already be a guitar player. If you truly are a beginner (and not a super-genius), my advice is to become a better overall guitarist first. Walk the walk, do the work, have the experience.

Start with a beginner method book; my area of expertise is classical, so I can recommend Frederick Noad's Solo Guitar Playing volume 1, or Aaron Shearer's Classic Guitar Technique volume 1. And there are similar books for other styles of fingerpicking.

Also look for printed collections of tunes (classical or otherwise) that are appropriate to your level -- and play a lot of them. Finally, take a few lessons if you can afford it, from a teacher who specializes in fingerstyle. A teacher can also help you find books and tunes.
