You're going to need more than just an interface so the Scarlett line is as good as anything for the money, AFAIK. You're going to want another couple mics, stands, etc. and if you don't know this already, you'll discover quickly that your recordings will probably be less than you hope without acoustic treatment. The sound of your room, in my experience, is a bigger deal than which interface or mics you get.
