I wouldn't be terrified but I would definitely give it a thorough look over, just like you would do with any guitar. I realize you've been through this kinda thing before. Emerald definitely produces flawless guitars of that there is no doubt I hope you receive one this time. I should add that nut in the pic wasn't cleaned or polished that was immediately after the install. The slot however, different story.
