Andyrondack, thanks for your thoughts. Both those guitars are available now according to the Sigma website but too expensive for me I think unless I go for a used model. With the SOMR-28 I'm not so fond of Rosewood back and sides but I really like the look of the SLM-SG00. Wow! Tasty guitar and it has the shorter scale that I prefer. How does it sound? Are both necks low profile and matt or gloss? I'm going to check out eBay. Thanks very much.
