Yeah, I know - it's an educated guess at best. I'm continuing to read up, and the WA-47jr keeps getting compared to mics that are 2-3x more expensive. It appears to be in a different class, which is why I can't find any head to head comparisons.
I agree that the 57/58 may be what I wind up preferring, but at least want to give a large condenser a try.
