Default A suggestion

Since I am hard at work on this piece of music, let me offer a suggestion....

I have listened to various arrangements of Si Bheag Si Mhor for decades and have played several. Not until I encountered William Coulter's arrangement did the piece completely overwhelm me with emotion and reverence(?). His arrangement consists of seven variations of the tune, each building on the other and is pure sonic joy at it's most extreme. He has published the tab in his book, Celtic Crossing published by Mel Bay. Find Bill playing it on YouTube.

I have dedicated all of 2018 for this song and one other Coulter arrangement, Citi na gCumman, both in DADGAD. 'Citi' is memorized. Am working on 'Si Bheag'. What a pleasure it is to sit and play these two pieces over and over. They never wear thin.
