Yeah, I currently have the medium tension too as I have put them on my mother-in-law's guitar.
At home I have a high tension packet waiting to be put on my guitar so I'll be able to compare. My personal guitar currently has Hannabach Goldin. They have a nice feel and are a bit more flexible than the other carbon strings I have played of similar tension. The Goldin's have nice tension across the trebles. I hate sets that have a 1st string with a tension that is out of balance with the 2nd and 3rd strings (Savarez Alliance, Daddario carbons).
