Kinda gruesome thought, but I can relate. After a craniotomy in 2012, I asked the neurosurgeon if I could have the mass that he removed. My intent was to show it the business end of a 12 gauge as revenge for all the trouble it had caused. They would not release the tissue, citing it as medical waste.
