Karura
Regarding the Karura, I would like to comment that the exterior coating is not (no longer?) impregnated with the CF shell. Thus, it is subject to fracture and crack--I would go so far as to describe it as fragile.
At a minimum, today, a karura owner should plan on buying a soft case for the hard case. And that person should probably also be comfortable with minor marine application gelcoat repair.
I do love my karura, but be forewarned.
(Larry, if you ever come back to this thread, would appreciate hearing if you will be performing in the Puget Sound area soon.)
