If you want to play it *exactly* like the record however, that will take a bit more work as this is an altered tuning (bottom string is D for starters) and some of the notes and chords are hammered on. I could write it out in notation but to tab it and give you the fingering would take rather more work to figure out his tuning.

Sounds like it could be a baritone guitar to me.
