Big blues lover here. A few to ponder here...:

- D a m n Right I got the Blues Album
- Alone & Acoustic (With Junior Wells)
- Muddy Waters
- RJ's Rollin' and Tumblin'
- Tiger In Your Tank
- Hocchie Coochie Man
- Baby Please Don't Go
- Robert Johnson -- They're all good, but these come to mind first
- 32-20 Blues
- They're Red Hot
- Malted Milk
- Stevie Ray Vaughn
- Texas Flood (One of way too many to mention)
I know it's not cool to include Eric Clapton in lists like this, but he's truly been an ambassador for the blues, introducing the roots of the genre to folks who would have otherwise avoided it. He's stayed true to the blues throughout his career as well. Sure, he's cleaned and polished the edges on some of the tracks he's done, but sit him down with the giants and he holds his own just fine... For an example, watch the first Crossroads festival DVD. It is chock-full of blues masters just having a blast doing what they love...
