You mean the full TruMic position, or just the UST? Hard to say. I'd start with the full blend, it will be the least quacky. You may very well end up rolling a lot of the highs off the pickup. I think it's mostly how these guys get that big low end.
I don't really hear much pickup there, maybe on the bass notes. That just sounds like condenser mics to me.
