I did a small inventory of scale lengths vs body sizes. The Cordoba parlor has a short scale for the size of the body, IMO. Torres, for example, didn't build any guitars with that body size (the Dolce is a dead ringer for Torres' larger bodies, except a tiny bit deeper) and a 630 scale, probably owing to a reduced ability to drive that size top well with that scale length. On the Dolce, Cordoba makes up for the short scale with HT strings, so if the desire for a short scale is lower tension for easy fretting, this guitar might not be the thing. No free lunch! : (
