I think the TS is asking, if, for example, he capos on the second fret in standard tuning, he wants a tuner to do the transposition and tell him to tune to F# on the low E or just maybe just to tune to E on the E, but it's really an F#.
If this is what he is asking, some do that, but I've never used one. I always just transpose which is a very good skill to have anyhow.
