For a vintage U67 you're looking at $9K plus. Neumann has a reissue but it's a brighter mic than the originals and I think it's missed the mark. I've yet to hear a clone made by anyone that has nailed the 67 sound or even come close to nailing it. I know Heiserman Audio has a 67 in the works. He thinks he can pull it off in the $2500-$3000 range but there's no time estimate on when that might happen. People love the 47 he came out with so I have some hope. I'd really like to add a 67 to my mic locker ...just not willing to plop down $9-10K for one.
