Select 'Menu'
Select 'USB'
Select 'Connect to PC'
From your computer you should be able to see the H4 Sysyem directory and an audio file directory. Open the audio file directory (it might be called Stereo) and you should see your audio files. Then just delete the files as you would delete any ordinary files.
