It’s a bit overkill / expensive to buy one solely for that feature, but if you’re considering one anyway for other reasons and also care about YouTube manipulation for practicing, it might become an effective solution…

However it doesn't appear you can use a foot pedal with the Spark app to control the video. The Vidami foot pedal allows you to control the video without taking your hands off the guitar.
