I think my composition "Crossing Crystal Lake" will fit your criteria perfectly.

Although I don't read or write tab, I've been teaching fingerstyle, open-tunings and bottleneck since 1970.

However CCL is included in the Mel Bay book Fingerstyle Masters Vol. 1 where it is tabbed out.

Here's the original recording I did in 1998. It's in open D tuning, capo 2, Key of B. Enjoy!
