A few days ago I was reading thru a recent post about iPads and different apps for playing live. Thanks to links that were provided in the posts I got curious about how they work and things like the difficulties involved in this method....
I narrowed it down to Onsong, but had questions. I emailed them and during the course of the day I got 4 emails back letting me know that persons like myself that do not function well in society
could use this system. Took about two hours to download 115 songs and make changes to some of them! That includes the learning of basics in the app. I should be able to load a few hundred more by tomorrow.
I need to get out more. I had no idea this particular set up could be this simple. All my songs, any notes I care to write, transposing chords, chord descriptions, colors.......wow! I will still print paper copies as a back up, but this is going to be one of the best tools I have (after a guitar of course).
