My dad and Bill Monroe
Hello you 30-something mandolin players on the ACF! My dad played mandolin for many years, in 1972 when I graduated from high school, we made a trip to Bean Blossom together to attend Bill Monroe's bluegrass festival. I got to drive. Here's a picture of my father with The Father. My dad is holding Bill's Gibson. A great memory!
