Same thickness neck (NS) on my Shorty. The scale is 24.875. My other guitars are Taylors, and there is definitely a difference in feel. That said, I haven't had an issue with moving back and forth between the guitars. If it were available, I would have preferred the thinner neck on the Shorty. Not an option.
