That is a Fulltone “Mas Malo”. It is capable of fuzz and distortion. I stacked it with a TS 9 tube screamer at the 5:30 mark. It is by itself at 3:30. It can do lots of things and sounds good when you roll the volume knob on your guitar down too.
The other pedals I used were Ibanez TS 9 and a Boss wazacraft chorus.
