Many use Onsong, but my personal choice is an app called Setlists. You would also need a page turning device. I currently use a device called a Firefly which works, as they all do, by Bluetooth pairing with your Ipad.
With respect to adding your songs, you can find what you need online, cut and paste it to the program and you're good to go.
