I third the OnSong recommendation. Flexible, easy-to-use, it's great. I use it for lyrics, chords, set-lists etc. Never needed a Bluetooth footswitch, 95% of my stuff fits on one page so no need to scroll, for the other 5% I just set a scrolling speed for each individual song and touch the down-arrow to start it scrolling. Easy-Peasy, and worth every penny.
