But beside the different bit rates involved
Seems to me you would want to first determine (if ) the Apogee One or the Yeti, has its own internal clock, if so then you may also encounter an unsynced clocking issue ....... unless
#1 they both use the computer's clock
#2 you can select what clock to use in the device setup menus
