Bit depth is set as a general Logic Pro X setting eg. 16 bit, 24 bit.
Bit rate is set at the project level eg. 44.1 khz, 96 khz etc.
I don't think Logic Pro X will be able to record 2 inputs with different bit rates at the same time.
