Not wanting to keep you wondering if we are reading, I will post here my impressions. This OO Pernambuco back set is the nicest I’ve seen to my eye, and the top seems well matched. While you call the rosette plain, it’s simplicity and proportions are very appealing. If you continue this theme throughout the purfling and binding, while understated, I think the aesthetics for this guitar will be very pleasing indeed. Seeing your process pic of the rosette, made my fingers ache at the thought of bending the wood strips while keeping them all aligned and falling into the correct place ... lol
