I think it was made sometime in 2013.

The top weave on my X7 and X20 run in opposite diagonals too.
The build on my X7 was started in 2016 and completed late summer 2016.
The build on my X20 started fall of 2016 completed Jan 2017, but I consider it a 2016 X20.
