I hope everyone is having a healthy and safe 2022 so far. I have two custom Huss and Dalton Traditional OM models in right now. I've been asked a few times to describe the differences between them, and what better way to do that than to make a comparison video?
The TOM-M has Italian Spruce and Sinker Mahogany, and can be found here:

The TOM-R has an old set of Sitka Spruce which had been kept by supplier and luthier Walter Lipton, paired with Honduran Rosewood. It can be found here:

The "family" similarities can certainly be heard when comparing these two, but the tone wood differences do change the character of each guitar. Both are warm and responsive, the TOM-M with more fundamental emphasis, and the TOM-R with more complexity.
