The SJ design isn't my preference, but I think it is great that Dale and, perhaps Kevin Kopp, and Alistair Atkin (in the UK) and Arrenbie Guitars in Belgium and Slaman in the Netherlands focus on making guitars in the Gibson vein.
Of course Collings and Bourgeois make great Jumbo style guitars too.
I'd simply love to get my hands on one of Dale's Roy Smecks - but they are above my pay grade now.
