Tim cut the binding channels today and installed the end wedge.
Here Tim uses a stationary router and moves the body to cut the binding channels.
Tim makes a test cut to set up the binding cutter router bit depth for the end wedge.
Then the cut for the end wedge.
Gather the end wedge materials.
Voila ... an installed end wedge to match that gorgeous rosette.
Just guessing but I would think tomorrow is binding and possibly purfling on the top.
