The guitar shown in the lower left is the Klepper KJ that Howard Klepper built for me. That’s my preferred setup, with a Schaller strap lock button centered on the tailblock and a flush mounted jack halfway between the strap button and the top. It works perfectly.
I also have a couple of instruments with arrangements like the one shown in the other photo, when there’s already been an endpin jack installed in the center.
But I have to tell you, if I had known about the new product that Music Nomad has just come out with, I would have used that.
