The BlueGrass Tool, a BRW style 28 D got strings yesterday. I am doing a little finish touch up near the heel, and will take pic when it's done. Meanwhile, my friend Mike Wilhoyte came by today with his 2017 version of the same concept, and also his actual 1935 'Bone, the holy grail of the bluegrass guitar world. He played the three 28's and the "BlueGrass Fool", a style 18 also targeting Bluegrass picking. The actual customer, Nick Stiritz, will likely get the guitar on Thursday, and he is in for a treat. The new guitar crushed the rest, and they are all creme d'la creme.
