If you're an acoustic roots/blues fan, +1 for David Hamburger's monthly course, the Fingerstyle Five. It's done via online video, with a new piece every month. It includes exercises and improv lessons, and a community forum to share your work and ask questions. Also includes a number of video lessons on fundamentals and theory, and all the pieces from previous months. It's not a substitute for in-person, but it works better for me than anything else I've tried. You can also go back and work on older material any time. The amount is modest enough that I don't feel too guilty if I spend a month mostly working on fingerstyle Christmas songs instead, but not so little that I blow it off. Feels like a really good value for what you get. Most importantly, it's a lot of fun.
