This is what I did, not a particularly cheap solution but I'm happy with it and lots of room for expansion. The pedal power underneath provides DC power from an AC cord, the PX-8 plus provides 8 loops with total bypass switches and bright lights to tell you what's on and what's not on, and the rack provides the velcro space.

Most of these effects are in my amp effects loop, so that's two 1/4 cords, and the wah and wireless receiver are in front of the amp, so that's another 1/4 cord (plus another going into the wah that I usually use instead of the wireless, which eats batteries on the transmitter end). Add the AC power cord and it's a fairly thick mass of cables going back to the amp, which I zip-tie together.

Next project is to build a riser stand for my amp, so I can store the pedalboard underneath and the whole unit can be wheeled around.
