Default Joe Mendel Custom Short Scale Paduk OM Guitar

Up for Sale Is a Joe Mendel Custom Om Guitar http://joemendelfrets.com/. This guitar comes with passive electronics but I'm not sure what kind. The top is sitka spruce and the back and sides are paduk. This is a short scale guitar and the scale length is 24.9". The snowflake inlay was not done by Joe, but according to him "they did a really nice job with the inlay". The guitar is in great shape and has just had neck reset done by Joe himself including a new bone saddle. The only issue is there is about from 1/16" falling to 3/16" of an inch of fret board fall of where the neck joins the body (in the pictures) and few finish marks that have been touched up (again in the pictures) but, other than that this guitar plays and sound like dream. The nut with is 1 11/16" but due to the spacing feels more like 1 3/4" to me. I play can this guitar just fine and usually 1 11/16" nuts cause me issues. It comes with a Superior hard shell case and reverb tuner. Joe is currently not taking orders for custom guitars and is soon to partner with dream guitars (look them up the builders who work with them have to charge crazy prices) https://www.dreamguitars.com/ where his prices will increase significantly and you won't be able to get one for anywhere near what I'm asking. Please ask all questions before buying. Selling to fund other guitar purchases.
