I hope no one is too attached to "pumpkin hues", as I expect it to be more of a brick color under finish. It will get redder/browner as time passes, and if we live long enough to see it, it should look something like an old violin bow . . . hopefully w/o the grime. UV does the trick, along with oxidization.

I've just put in the last little piece of the back binding, but it's not yet ready to be seen. Tomorrow it's the graft and the dovetail mortise, most likely, and then I'll get a good start on the neck.

I inlaid and fretted the Schoenberg 00 today, and expect to make and install a pyramid bridge for it tomorrow as well.
