All the things I love about the custom made guitar process - the thoughtfulness on both the player and luthier's part in the planning and the willingness to be surprised with the outcome and where that journey leads the musician and the builder. usb_chord - looks like this is the beginning of a great musical adventure for you. BTW - I appreciated what you shared about how many of John's guitars that you have played over the years. Following the evolving path of a builder is a real treat and then to have one of their creations built for you makes it even more special.
