I think he miscommunicated what he was trying to say. When he quoted me a price for the current year model... I said alright... Considering I'm not going to get close to what he wants for his 20tc... Ill sit on my e8d for a year and wait for the prices to come down.
What I meant was..... Prices in 2021 to come down on a used 2020 version... He said the prices will go up. I took that as.... Prices will go up in the used market ok that 2020... In 2021 when what he really meant was... The retail price of the 2021 version is going to be more expensive than the retail price of the 2020 version.
That miscommunication was why I started this thread - trying to see if anyone has seen a production model eastman... 20d-tc... go up in price in the used market above what it sold for retail the year before. Ie 2020 retail being $1600, 2021 used market on that same 2020 $1600 guitar increasing instead of decreasing.
