If you wanted to keep it really simple, use an XLR Y-cable to put both mics into one channel, and if your guitars are active or go through a pedal, then a simple resistor mixer will sum them nicely to the other. I don't think the old DOD AC-240 is still available, but you can make one by mixing the two guitars with 50K ohm resistors.
