Binding is on. Fingers are crossed. For 1 for luck. 2, because after all of the squeezing and taping I can't close my hands. OOOOOwwww.
Best its ever gone but still what a process.

I drilled this to remind me that random inlay is true art.

At first I thought I could just turn the grabbers around. It worked but the stands base was in the way of the cutter.

So, I made a smaller cradle. The extra nut holes are for the other Tenor. I borrowed the grabbers from the full size cradle set up (Blues Creek).

While the Super Glue hardened on the Cradle I started taping my binding down to bend it. Nope, didn't use water. 250 degrees was the highest I went.

Guitar shop Crop Circles.

I don't care who yelled at who...... KEEP OUT

I oopsed and did the side channel first, then the top channel. I should have gone the other way. Easier to control the bearing guides done the right way. No harm. Just moved slower. The Tile cutter and bit went through the wood effortlessly. I did about 4 passes.

1 taped down. 3 to go.
