I know this is going to make me sound like a loner...
But, since I've got the new four door truck, the back seat space is huge...I've just started carrying an old guitar to work in the truck and sliding the front seats up and sitting in the back bench seat. Plenty of room. The middle piece of the front seats fold's down for an arm rest, and makes a perfect music holder.
I park in the lower level back corner of an underground three level parking garage that is under our building. The temp is fairly consistent down there at all times of the year so it should not be a factor.
So a couple of days during the week, I go down there at lunch time and get a little practice in. Have to be careful though, when I'm with the guitar time just seems to slip away. So I have to keep a close eye on the watch to make sure I don't stay too long.
