I don’t have any experience with Gibsons repair department, but I can tell you one thing.

If I was the original owner of the guitar and it needed a neck reset after just 10 years I’d be having a serious conversation with them about it.

I’ve had guitars way older than that that weren’t even close to needing a reset.

I’d be curious what answer they might have for you about needed a reset so soon.
