i can hear the resemblance to autumn leaves. it reminds me of a couple other tunes as well, one an old lute (i think) piece (for the first section), and another i can't quite recall, but it might be a pop song from the 60s or 70s (for the second section).

sure, i'd love to check out tony's arrangement.
