So maybe a good/interesting idea:
First round, use all the same strings and compare all at the same time and take notes.
Then, Next string change, buy 5 completely Different string types and compare notes.
First round will be comparing guitars holding the strings as a constant.
Second round will be comparing strings, holding the guitars as a constant.
