In exciting news, the guitar is done!
My friends Léa Sanacore and Léandre Joly-Pelletier came by the shop yesterday to record a couple of demos on this guitar. Léandre and I play in a bluegrass band together and Léa often sits in with us for our weekly Sunday gigs (Grumpy's Bar from 6-8 if you're ever in Montreal!). The first demo they recorded is the Louvin Brother's "I Don't Believe You've Met My Baby"...
I'm quite happy with the strength of tone even capoed up on the 4th fret. I'm also quite happy to have such amazingly talented and generous friends!
