Default R. Taylor Style 3 2011 SOLD

$3000 (no trades) Finally Sold. AGF was a little slow but hopefully another buyer and seller here.

Adirondack top
Indian Rosewood
Arm rest bevel
1 3/4" nut
Taylor Standard carve neck
Ebony binding
Serial #023
Dazzo pickup-handmade bridge plate pickup similar to K and K and Trance. Installed by Teddy Randazzo himself (he's the designer and builder of the pickup). Yields a mic-like natural sound.

It is an instrument that is at is built with the highest level of craftsmanship and is exemplary in every way. It's meant to be the very best Bob Taylor could offer using only their finest luthiers and more hand craftsmanship with only their best tone woods Taylor could offer. R. Taylor existed as a separate entity within Taylor Guitars and was meant to rival other small shop builders like Bourgeois, Collings, Santa Cruz, Froggy Bottom, Goodall, etc. The R. Taylor Style 3 is a bit lighter weight than their regular Taylor line at the time, also built to be more responsive and with a few more bells and whistles under the hood in regards to bracing and top radius. The frets were even a higher quality wire. This dread kicks out high volume and cuts through without being strident and the tone does not break apart when driven hard. The tone stays focused and warm. The set-up now is as low as it could be for ease of fretting but allowing the flat pick to still dig in.

********full disclosure*********

Only light fret wear (see pic). Frets in great shape for 6 years. It wasn't consistently played in it's lifetime.
There seems to be only one flaw. There is one very small mark on the top edge of the headstock. (See Pic)

I'm a frequent buyer and seller here on the forum. Multiple safe transactions. It lives in a smoke free house and I am the original owner.
Shipping and PayPal is included in the Price. There is a Reverb ad as well. It is cheaper to buy it here.
